Besides the fact that the place is an eyesore and extreme danger (I'm sure there must be an insect and rodent problem) to the environment on so many levels it smells. Garbage rotting in the hot and humid temperatures is not pleasant. Why doesn't the CI Government "get it"??
I completely agree. In addition, the fumes let off when it catches on fire is extremely bad for one's health. This, cuppled with rodent and wild dogs as well as being an eye sore for both locals and tourists should motivate them to do something about it.
